- To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging, sealed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Due to the nature of perfumes and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund (unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item).
Exchanges
